Welcome to Klokio. By using our app and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing or using Klokio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions
Solo Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Apple shows the price, trial period, renewal interval and applicable terms before you confirm a purchase.
Billing
Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we do not store your card details.
Cancellation
You can stop using KLOKIO at any time by deleting the app. Apple-managed subscriptions can be changed or cancelled through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the app store used for purchase.
Intellectual Property
Klokio and its logos are our property. Your data and content remain yours.
Limitation of Liability
Klokio is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance from time to time.
Termination
You may stop using Klokio at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
